Welcome to Mutabaah Amal ("the app", "we", "our"). By using this app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mutabaah Amal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Mutabaah Amal is a free, client-side web application for tracking daily Islamic worship activities. Features include daily task tracking, recurring tasks, Ramadan progress tracking (fasting, Quran, Tarawih), analytics, and sound effects. The app can be used entirely offline with local browser storage, or optionally with Google Sign-In to sync data across devices via cloud storage.

3. User Accounts

• Signing in with Google is optional. The app works fully without an account.
• If you sign in, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
• You must provide accurate information and not impersonate others.

4. User Data & Content

• You retain ownership of all data you enter into the app (tasks, Ramadan progress, settings, etc.).
• We do not claim any rights over your content.
• You are responsible for the content you add to the app.
• Task text is limited to 200 characters per entry.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app's infrastructure or other users' data
• Use the app to store or transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code (except as permitted by applicable law)

6. Availability & Reliability

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be available at all times without interruption
• The app will be free of errors or bugs
• Data stored locally or in the cloud will be preserved indefinitely
• Hijri calendar dates will be perfectly accurate for all regions

We recommend keeping your own backups of important data.

7. Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services including Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore), Google Analytics, and Lucide Icons. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms:

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mutabaah Amal and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the cloud sync features at any time, with or without notice. Your local data will remain accessible regardless.
